About Us
The Summer Hall Homeowners’ Association, is organized as a volunteer nonprofit corporation and is incorporated under the laws of the State of Tennessee. The purpose of the Association is to promote community improvement, environmental enhancement, the general welfare, and community pride of the Summer Hall Subdivision and it’s residents.
Each property owner, as indicated by the Bylaws and Constitution of the organization is a member and retains voting rights and is eligible for membership on the Board of Directors as long as they are in good standing with the Association.
The Association’s Board of Directors has fiduciary responsibility and oversight of a working annual budget and is charged with enforcement of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions set forth by the Developer and the HOA.
